- 2-3 pounds Wimmer’s Little Smokies
- 3 cups cooking oil
Dunking sauce – recipes follow
- Pour cooking oil into electric fondue pot. Heat to 375 degrees.
- Spear a sausage piece with fondue forks and lower into hot oil.
- Heat to desired doneness.
Dip meat into one of more of the following sauces:
Sour Cream Fondue Sauce
Apricot Fondue Sauce
Wine Fondue Sauce
Dilly Cheese Fondue Sauce
