Wine Fondue Sauce

  • 1-12 oz. Jar apricot preserves
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1/3-cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sherry or rum
  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan; mix well.
  2. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer gently until thickened, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve warm.

Makes 1-¾ cups.
