- 1-12 oz. Jar apricot preserves
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- 1/3-cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1-tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ cup sherry or rum
- Combine ingredients in saucepan; mix well.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; simmer gently until thickened, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
