- 1 pound Wimmer’s Braunschweiger
- ¼ cup real mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce, 1.4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup minced dill pickle
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- (Optional: Save 1/3 of the cream cheese and set aside for frosting, if desired)
- Mix all ingredients and roll into waxed paper.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Remove paper and form into ball.
- Optional: Frost with remaining cream cheese which has been mixed with milk to make it spreadable.
- Serve with crackers.
