Braunschweiger Ball

  • 1 pound Wimmer’s Braunschweiger
  • ¼ cup real mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops hot pepper sauce, 1.4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup minced dill pickle
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  1. (Optional: Save 1/3 of the cream cheese and set aside for frosting, if desired)
  2. Mix all ingredients and roll into waxed paper.
  3. Refrigerate several hours.
  4. Remove paper and form into ball.
  5. Optional: Frost with remaining cream cheese which has been mixed with milk to make it spreadable.
  6. Serve with crackers.
