- 1 lb. Wimmer’s Polish Sausage
- 4 boned chicken breasts – cut into bite size portions
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ½ cup white raisins
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 3 cups chicken gravy
- Sauté sausage and chicken pieces in melted butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and place in greased 12 x 8 inch casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
