Sausage and Chicken Combo

  • 1 lb. Wimmer’s Polish Sausage
  • 4 boned chicken breasts – cut into bite size portions
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup white raisins
  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 3 cups chicken gravy

 

  1. Sauté sausage and chicken pieces in melted butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and place in greased 12 x 8 inch casserole.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
