Cheese-Sausage Puffs

  • ¼ lb. Wimmer’s Bologna, chopped or ground
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon onion
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  1. Mix softened cream cheese, egg yolk and onion with electric mixer.
  2. Add baking powder and blend well.
  3. Fold in chopped meat.
  4. Mound on cheese crackers and bake at 375º for 5 minutes until puffed and browned.

Makes 24 puffs.
