We trim select inside beef rounds; cure them and slowly hardwood smoke. Sliced wafer-thin, this meat is ideal for sandwiches and party trays.

Freezing/Refrigerated Keep Refrigerated.

Cooking Instructions To bring out the fullest flavor and aroma, remove from refrigeration 30 minutes prior to serving.
