Crunchy Ham Dip

Grind Wimmer’s New England Sausage to make 1 cup. To ground sausage add 1 cup dairy sour cream, 2 tablespoons prepared mustard, ¼ cup chopped peanuts and several drops of hot pepper sauce. Serve hot with chunks of rye cocktail slices. Makes about 2 cups.
