Wimmer’s Cheese Smokies
The perfect bite-size cocktail sausage. Lean beef and pork blended with cheddar cheese and mildly seasoned and naturally smoked.
Freezing/Refrigerated: Sausages should be refrigerated at 40° F. or lower.
Cooking Instructions: Great for Snacks, Perfect for Breakfast, Add to BBQ Sauce for Hors d’oeuvres. All Wimmer’s sausages are fully cooked, but may taste better when heated. To heat, place sausages in cold frying pan with 2 to 4 tablespoons water, cover tightly and cook 5 to 8 minutes over low heat. Remove cover to let water cook off.
