- ½ lb. Wimmer’s Little Smokie Links
- 2 firm bananas, medium size
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 strips bacon
- Simmer sausage about 5 minutes.
- Slice each in half.
- Cut banana in slices and dip in pineapple juice to prevent darkening.
- Combine sausage, fruit and bacon on skewers.
- Grill until sausage and bacon are browned. Makes 8 hot appetizers.
Wimmer’s Summer Sausage, cut in 1” cubes, may be substituted.
