Cured Smoked Beef Log

  • 5 ounces Wimmer’s Cured Smoked Beef, finely snipped
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/3 cup green olives, chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  1. Blend cream cheese with horseradish, olives and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Make into 2 rolls 6 inches long.
  3. Chill well.
  4. Roll each chilled log in the dried beef.
  5. Serve with crackers.
