Cheesy Frank Casserole

  • 4-6 Wimmer’s Wieners
  • 6 oz. elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup mushroom slices
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup processed cheese, chunked
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Cut wieners in bite-size pieces and add to macaroni.
  4. Mix with mushrooms, soup and cheese. Pour into oiled 1 ½ quart baking dish and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
  5. (This can also be cooked on top of stove.)
