Seventy-five years later, Wimmer's Meat Products continues to operate by these standards. Wimmer's is still the family-owned operation with the same personal attention to quality, service and product superiority. George H. and Harold Wimmer managed the company's operations through 1980. Harold's son, Dave, is currently Chairman of the Board of Wimmer's Meat Products. Dave is committed to leading Wimmer's with the same commitment as the Wimmer's men before him with a vision for the future.
