Thank you for visiting our web site. You probably already know we are in the meat business. Specifically, we are sausage makers. We make many varieties of great tasting hot dogs and sausages, summer sausage and deli meats. We are a third generation family-owned company that was founded by my immigrant grandparents, George and Lisbet. George learned the sausage making art in Austria and we still use his original recipes today and remain true to his tradition of natural spices, natural wood smoke and natural casings.. Our location is the great northeast Nebraska town of West Point (population 3,800). West Point and the surrounding area are the sources of our wonderful team of employees and the fine raw materials we insist on using in our products. We serve supermarket, food service, export, private label and direct mail customers in the upper-Midwest and nationally. Whether you are a longstanding customer or are considering doing business with us for the first time, our promise is simple.
