Cooking Instructions: To bring out fullest natural flavor and aroma, remove from refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes prior to serving. Remove outer casing only as you slice, to keep from drying out. Can be mashed to serve as pate’. Or blend with pickle relish for sandwich spread. To serve hot, cut into ½ inch slices and pan-fry in lightly greased skillet. It’s delicious with eggs or pancakes.
