Ambassador Smoked Sausage
A farmer-style sausage in a coiled natural casing. This delightful blend of tender pork and sweet natural spices is a family favorite. It’s great for grilling and casseroles.
Freezing/Refrigerated: Sausages should be refrigerated at 40º F. or lower. Wieners left in unopened packages will keep refrigerated about two weeks.
Most sausages may be held frozen one to two months.
Cooking Instructions: All Ambassador sausages are fully cooked, but may taste better when heated.
To Simmer: Place sausages in boiling water, cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until thoroughly heated. Do not boil.
To Grill: Brown lightly over low coals, use care to not split casings.
